The present invention relates to compact equipment for the electrolytic sterilisation of food products and utensils (100), in particular for applying an electrical treatment to food products and utensils by means of an electric current generated between a positive pole and a negative pole of an electrolytic system, where all the food products and utensils are submerged in a fluid medium in a container (200) covered by a lid (300) of the equipment (100). The container (200) is the anode or positive pole and the lid (300) is the cathode or negative pole, by means of a cathode rod (305) provided with a cathode disk (306), and the electrolyte is water.
