The fastener is arranged on the outer surface of the first non-absorption region and, when the absorption panel is folded in a folded state such that at least the inner surface of the first non-absorption region and the inner surface of the second non-absorption region face each other, releasably hooks and holds to the outer surface of the absorption panel, excluding the first non-absorption region, so as to maintain the folded state.
