Disclosed herein is the use of telenzepine and an antidepressant selected from the group consisting of sertraline, citalopram, venlafaxine and sibutramine in the manufacture of a medicament for promoting weight loss or facilitating maintenance of a stable weight. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising a mixture of therapeutically effective amounts of telenzepine and above mentioned antidepressants； and also kits comprising the same.
