The present invention relates to a thermal treatment device and, more specifically, to a thermal treatment device including a first housing (10)； a second housing (20) formed on the bottom of the first housing (10)； a transferring plate (30) having transferring rollers (31) on both sides； and a pair of guide rails (40) formed on the second housing (20) on which each of the transferring roller (31) of the transferring plate (30) is placed. The thermal treatment device is characterized in that the guide rails (40) are integrated with the second housing (20) when the second housing is injection-molded. Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to provide the thermal treatment device capable of preventing inefficiency caused by fixing separate rails as in the past since the guide rails on which the transferring rollers of the transferring plate are moved are formed to be integrated with the second housing when the second housing is injection-molded, enabling a product to be easily assembled, and improving productivity and economic efficiency.본 발명은 온열치료기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 제1 하우징(10)； 상기 제1 하우징(10)에 하부에 배치되는 제1 하우징(10)； 양측에 이송롤러(31)가 구비된 이송플레이트(30)； 및 상기 제2 하우징(20)에 구비되고, 상기 이송플레이트(30)의 각 이송롤러(31)가 얹히는 한 쌍의 가이드레일(40)；을 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 한 쌍의 가이드레일(40)은 상기 제2 하우징(20)의 사출성형 시에 일체로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명은 이송플레이트의 이송롤러가 주행하는 가이드레일이 제2 하우징의 사출성형 시에 일체로 성형되어 있어 종래와 같이 별도의 레일을 장착하여야 함으로써 발생되는 비효율성을 없애고, 이를 통하여 제품의 조립성과 생산성, 경제성을 향상시킬 수 있는 온열치료기를 제안하고자 한다.
