PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a styling cosmetic allowing leaving of basic performances of a wax, firm setting of even vellus hair or the side of finer hair, and keeping of a prepared style for a long time.SOLUTION: The styling cosmetic includes: (A) 1.0-50.0 mass% of waxes (B) 0.5-30.0 mass% of an anionic surfactant and/or a nonionic surfactant and (C) 0.05-3.0 mass% of a 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol salt of (alkyl acrylate/diacetone acrylamide) copolymer and/or dimethylacrylamide-hydroxyethyl acrylate-methoxyethyl acrylate copolymer. The mass ratio (A):(B) of the (A) waxes to the (B) anionic surfactant and/or nonionic surfactant is (1:0.1) to (1:3).
