PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm the pulses of a patient by a simple operation.SOLUTION: An actuator 150 is vibrated in synchronism with the R waves of electrocardiogram signals acquired from the patient. A microswitch 160 has a function of switching the ON/OFF of the vibration of the actuator 150 and is turned to an ON state only while a heart rate output part 120 is pressed. The microswitch 160 outputs signals indicating that the actuator 150 is to be vibrated to a control IC 180 while it is in the ON state. The control IC 180 which receives the signals generates driving signals synchronized with the position of the R waves of the electrocardiogram signals of the patient for vibrating the actuator 150 and outputs them to a driver 170. The driver 170 vibrates the actuator 150 according to the driving signals.
