The present invention provides a denture manufacturing method capable of dealing with undercut region, which includes the following steps: obtaining an oral cavity model from a patients oral cavity producing a corresponding denture model and proceeding with digital scanning to obtain an original digital model then, planning an original machining path for the original digital model conducting a simulation machining on a virtual workpiece with the original machining path to obtain a virtual digital model overlapping the original digital mode with the virtual digital model for comparison, and the region existed with differences is defined as undercut region then, planning an undercut machining path machining a workpiece with the original machining path, and then performing a following machining on the workpiece with the undercut machining path by a 5-axis machine center to obtain a finished denture product without undercut regions. Thereby, the present invention may deal with the undercut regions during denture machining process, and further produce the denture correctly matched with the model.
