The present invention relates to a prosthesis (1) comprising: - at least one flexible biocompatible textile (2) delimited by a peripheral outer edge (2a), - at least one reinforcing element of said textile, said reinforcing element being in the form a frame (3) secured to said textile and substantially adopting the shape of said peripheral outer edge of the textile, said frame being provided with at least four hinge points (4a, 4b) for folding said textile into two parts according to a first axis passing through the center of the textile, then again in two parts along a second axis passing through the center of the textile, said second axis being substantially perpendicular to said first axis. La présente invention porte sur une prothèse (1) comprenant : - au moins un textile (2) biocompatible souple délimité par un bord extérieur périphérique (2a), - au moins un élément de renfort dudit textile, ledit élément de renfort étant sous la forme d'un cadre (3) solidaire dudit textile et adoptant substantiellement la forme dudit bord extérieur périphérique du textile, ledit cadre étant pourvu d'au moins quatre points de charnière (4a, 4b) permettant de plier ledit textile en deux parties selon un premier axe passant par le centre du textile, puis de nouveau en deux parties selon un deuxième axe passant par le centre du textile, ledit deuxième axe étant substantiellement perpendiculaire audit premier axe.
