The present invention relates to a drying apparatus having an automatic temperature/humidity control function, and aims to provide a drying apparatus having an automatic temperature/humidity control function, which is configured to achieve an optimum drying quality and high energy efficiency by automatically performing heating, low temperature blowing, or damper control in consideration with drying characteristics of a dried object and the internal and external humidity sensing values during drying. The present invention is able to stop heating means and selectively apply the low energy blowing or the dehumidifying blowing according to the difference between the external humidity and the internal humidity when the heating of the dried object is applied for a certain period of time by using the drying characteristics according to kinds of fruits, thus achieving drying with very high energy efficiency, and automatically operate a damper when the air blowing stops by using the difference between the external humidity and the internal humidity, thereby achieving higher energy efficiency.본 발명은 온습도 자동제어 기능을 갖춘 건조장치에 관한 것으로, 건조시 피건조물의 건조 특성 및 내부 및 외부의 습도 감지값을 고려하여 가열 또는 저온 송풍 또는 댐퍼 제어를 자동으로 수행함으로써 최적의 건조품질과 높은 에너지 효율을 달성하도록 한 온습도 자동제어 기능을 갖춘 건조장치를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다. 본 발명을 적용하면, 과일의 종류별 건조특성을 이용하여 일정시간 피건조물에 대한 가열이 가해지면 가열수단을 정지시키고 외부 습도와 내부 습도차에 따라 저온송풍이나 제습송풍을 선택적으로 가하여 에너지 효율이 매우 높은 건조를 달성할 수 있으며, 외부 습도와 내부 습도차를 이용하여 송풍 정지시 댐퍼를 자동으로 작동되게 함으로써 더욱 높은 에너지 효율을 달성할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
