Disclosed is a precision salting seasoning method, which mainly uses an electrostatic spraying device to replace a manual salt-spraying operation so as to obtain dual effect of salting and seasoning. The precision salting seasoning method includes the steps of: processing a coarse-grained refined salt into a micron refined salt fine powder having a grain size ranged between 5 [mu] m to 60 [mu] m providing the micron refined salt fine powder in the electrostatic spraying device and completely and evenly laying the micron refined salt fine powder onto a surface of seafood (or other food materials) by an atomizing and spraying approach so that a complete covering and permeation can be attained by covering a thin salted layer onto the surface of the seafood. Accordingly, the freshness and original favor of the seafood (or other food materials) can be preserved and the seasoning can be precisely controlled, so that high salt intake while eating can be prevented and the condition of causing a burden to human organ and jeopardizing the physical safety can be avoided.
