PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal composition making a physiologically active protein in a state holding an activity migrate into blood by orally or enterally administering the physiologically active protein and to thereby provide a medicine affording oral and enteral administration of the physiologically active protein and remarkably ameliorating pains and inconvenience of patients.
SOLUTION: The medicinal composition makes the physiologically active protein in the state holding the sufficient activity migrate from the interior of an alimentary canal into blood. The composition comprises the physiologically active protein and a cationic peptide as ingredients. Furthermore, the physiologically active protein is not linked to the cationic peptide with a covalent bond.
