A stable composition of two esters of vitamin E, acetate and acid succinate in proportions ranging from 5% to 95% for each one of them in a oily vehicle into a soft capsule (softgel), which is prepared by the methods either of drop formation or by the method of rotating die rolls. With the drop formation method the solid succinate ester of vitamin E is encapsulated in a softgel utilizing its low melting point (76°-77°). This composition enhances the synergy of the two esters as antioxidants against the free radicals, which are responsible for cardiovascular diseases and for some specific cancers such as those of prostate, throat and colon.
