The present invention relates to an illuminant capsule for confirming surgical positioning that does not require a confirmation procedure for the location of an operation by letting the operator know the accurate location for the surgical procedure through the emission of light by being clamped together with a clamp around the region of the lesion for surgery and that can be used without being restricted by the shape of the clamp, and more specifically, the illuminant comprises a first capsule of a male/female shape that is coupled to each other and a second capsule that is projected with light, wherein a battery is coupled to the inside of the first capsule in an exposed manner, and a miniature lamp is mounted inside the second capsule, so that when the first capsule and the second capsule are coupled-assembled to each other, the miniature lamp contacts the battery and emits light, and the illuminant is placed in the region of the lesion of the patient, after which the clamp is inserted into a holder as a surgical instrument, clamping together the illuminant and the junction tissue of the lesion region, enabling the confirmation of the location of the surgery through the emission of light, and the present invention discards the method of coupling to the clamp, enabling the effect of being used together with a clamp or other operation instruments.Linvention concerne une capsule éclairante pour confirmer le positionnement chirurgical ne nécessitant pas de procédure de confirmation pour lemplacement dune opération, en informant lopérateur de lemplacement précis pour la procédure chirurgicale, par lémission de lumière par clampage avec un clamp autour de la zone de la lésion à opérer, et pouvant être utilisée sans restriction quelle que soit la forme du clamp.
