PURPOSE: A liquid formulation composition for light sensitive neutralization which will be used in a PDT procedure is provided to decompose or remove the remaining light sensitive material when the composition is applied to ALA composition for PDT treatment. CONSTITUTION: A liquid formulation composition for light sensitive neutralization which will be used in a PDT procedure comprises 0.1-1.0 wt% of xanthan gum, 0.1-20 wt% of glycerine, 16-99.2 wt% of purified water, 0.1-6.0 wt% of propylene glycol, 0.1-10 wt% of PEG, 0.1-20 wt% of sodium citrate, 0.1-2.0 wt% of sodium hydrogen carbonate, 0.1-5 wt% of sodium ascorbate, and 0.1-20 wt% of ethanol. The liquid formulation composition for light sensitive neutralization used in PDT procedure comprises the following steps: mixing xanthan gum with glycerine (S1); mixing purified water to the mixture and heating to 30-45°;C (S2); adding propylene glycol and PEG-12 to the mixture and agitating for 1hour ±;10 minutes (S3); adding sodium citrate to the mixture and agitating for 2 hours±;20 minutes(S4); adding sodium hydrogen carbonate and sodium ascorbate to the mixture and agitating 4 hours±;20 minutes (S5); and adding ethanol after cooling the mixture down to room temperature (S6). [Reference numerals] (S1) Mixing xanthan gum with glycerine; (S2) Mixing purified water to the mixture and heating; (S3) Adding propylene glycol and PEG-12; (S4) Adding sodium citrate to the mixture; (S5) Adding sodium hydrogen carbonate and sodium ascorbate; (S6) Adding ethanol after cooling the mixture down to room temperature본 발명은 여드름 개선 등을 위하여 사용하는 광역학 치료용 5-아미노레불린산(ALA) 조성물의 적용시 잔존하는 광민감성 물질의 분해 또는 제거해 주는 광역학 치료법에 사용되는 5-아미노레불린산 중화용 액상제형 조성물에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명인 광역학 치료법에 사용되는 5-아미노레불린산 중화용 액상제형 조성물은 잔탄검 0.1~1.0 중량%, 글리세린 0.1~20.0 중량%, 정제수 16.0~99.2 중량%, 프로필렌글라이콜 0.1~6.0 중량%, 피이지-12 0.1~10.0 중량%, 소디윰시트레이트 0.1~20.0 중량%, 탄산수소나트륨 0.1~2.0 중량%, 아스코르빈산나트륨 0.1~5.0 중량%, 에탄올 0.1~20.0 중량%로 이루어진다.
