The present invention relates to a modified liquid milk composition containing goat milk. More specifically, the present invention relates to a modified liquid milk composition containing goat milk, which contains at least one selected from the group consisting of milk derived from mountain goats, milk powder, and proteins, and in which the content of S1-casein is 0.1-27 wt%, and that of -casein is 40-80 wt% with respect to the total weight of casein. According to the present invention, owing to a breast milk-compatible combination containing goat milk, the modified liquid milk composition exhibits excellent effects of reducing allergy and increasing digestive absorption in infants, and also ensures outstanding time-dependent stability and digestive absorption of the modified liquid milk through optimization of processes.본 발명은 산양유를 함유한 액상 조제유 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 산양 유래 우유류, 분유류, 및 단백질류로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 포함하며, 카제인 총 중량 대비 αS1-카제인을 0.1 내지 27 중량%, β-카제인을 40 내지 80 중량% 포함하는 액상 조제유 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 액상 조제유 조성물은 산양유를 함유한 모유 친화적 배합으로 영유아의 소화흡수 향상 및 알러지 저감 효과가 매우 우수하며, 공정 최적화를 통하여 액상 조제유의 경시 안정성과 소화흡수성이 현저하게 우수하다.
