PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge type syringe which proves very productive with a small number of parts intended to extract a small quantity.SOLUTION: The cartridge type syringe has a cartridge 1 having a syringe 2 and a piston member 10, a mounting tool 15 storing the cartridge 1 through the mounting opening A of the peripheral wall 16 and having a finger support portion 19 in the peripheral wall 16, and a plunger 20 stored in the mounting tool 15 and pushing in the piston member 10, and can effuse a content from an effusion pipe 31. The syringe 2 has a body portion 3, the tip and the rear end 5, has a through-hole formed in the inside, is integrally provided with a cylinder portion 7 surrounding the tip through a circular wall 6, and has a threaded portion making an effusion pipe holder 32 to be threadedly engaged with the cylinder portion 7.
