The invention relates to medicine, in particular to measurement of the parameters of micro-circulation of blood in fingers of human person, namely to the devices of medical spectrophotometry. A digital device for measurement of the parameters of the process of blood micro-circulation in the fingers of extremities of human person and the parameters of the curve of micro-homodynamic comprises a micro-compressor, voltage comparator, electromagnetic valve for bleeding air pressure, micro-converter, keyboard, random access memory, multiplexer, former of control signal, digital printing device, common bus, liquid-crystalline indicator, real time clock and frequency divider, with its counting input connected to the output of the generator of the real time clock. The digital device for measurement of the parameters of the process of blood micro-circulation in fingers of human person and the parameters of the curve of micro-homodynamic is characterized in that the measuring channel comprises an amplifier, two synchronous detectors, two low frequency filters, differential amplifier and the third low frequency filter, its output is the output "a" of the measuring channel, the input is connected to the output of the differential amplifier, the direct and inverting inputs of this one are connected to the outputs of the first and the second synchronous detectors, respectively, the control inputs of those ones are the inputs "k" and "l" of the measuring channel (and the transformation block in general), the inputs of the synchronous detectors are connected to each other, through the amplifier are connected to the input of the measuring channel and are the input of the transformation block.
