The present invention relates to a two-component type composition for a cosmetic pack and patch, wherein the composition of a first agent is a liquid gel having flowability, and is applied to skin, thereby providing moisture and nutrition, and a second agent is applied to form a solid gel through an ionic bond so as to reduce the amount of volatilization or loss of moisture and nutrition when applied to skin and to ensure continuous provision of moisture and nutrition to skin. The composition may comprise: a first agent which has a viscous dosage form, i.e. a liquid gel, cream, lotion, or essence, and which comprises water-soluble anionic high-molecules that can form a solidified gel through an ionic bond and a second agent which has a liquid form and contains bivalent to polyvalent cationic materials which can promote an ionic bond with the water-soluble anionic high-molecules of the first agent. In a different embodiment, a first agent has a viscous form, such as a liquid gel, cream, or lotion, and can use water-soluble cationic high-molecules that can form a solidified gel through an ionic bond, and a second agent has a liquid form and contains bivalent to polyvalent anionic materials that can promote an ionic bond with the water-soluble cationic high-molecules of the first agent. By applying the first agent, prepared as described, to skin, and then gelling the first agent by applying the second agent, similar effects as a solid-state pack, such as a hydrogel pack, modeling pack, and plaster pack, can be obtained. Various functional makeup components or medical skin cosmetic treatment components (for whitening, reducing wrinkles, blocking UV rays, regenerating cells, moisturizing, increasing skin elasticity, removing dead skin and sebum, treating atopy, acne, and wounds, alleviating inflammation and pain, and providing cool-feeling and warm-feeling effects), and 0.001~5 wt% of a preservation agent can be included in the composition of the first or the second agen
