PURPOSE: A method for preserving transgenic plant cells is provided to maximize cell viability and to suppress cell contamination. CONSTITUTION: A method for preserving transgenic plant, tissue or cells under anaerobic condition comprises: a step of transforming a plant with a recombinant vector； a step of preparing a medium for plant cells, containing 1-300mM of sugar； and a step of preserving plant cells in the medium for a long time. The medium for plant cells is AA(Amino acid) medium, MS(Murashige and Skoog), N6, WHITE or SH(Schenk and Hiderbrandt). The promoter operated in case of sugar depletion and is an alpha-amylase RAmy3D promoter.본 발명은 형질전환 식물세포의 장기보존 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하세는 질소기체 등을 사용하여 배지 내의 산소농도를 무산소 상태로 유지하고, 여기에 특정농도의 당을 첨가하여 형질전환 식물세포를 장기 보존하는 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 당 고갈시 작동하는 프로모터를 포함하는 발현벡터로 형질전환된 식물세포의 배지에 특정농도의 당을 첨가하여 세포 생존도를 최대화함으로써, 형질전환 식물세포의 장기 보존 시 세포의 오염 없이 저비용 및 고효율 보존이 가능하게 되어 식물세포를 통한 재조합 단백질의 산업화에 활용될 수 있다.
