PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device which can be miniaturized and whose manufacturing process can be made efficient, a method for manufacturing an imaging device, and an endoscope device.SOLUTION: An imaging device 10 includes: an image pick-up device 11 an objective optical system 12 including an optical element 21 adjoining the image pick-up device 11 that bends an incident optical path extending in a direction intersecting with a normal line direction of an image receiving surface of the image pick-up device 11 in the normal line direction by the optical element 21 a rigid circuit board part 13, part 13a of which is arranged overlapping with the optical element 21 in the normal direction on the side opposite to the image pick-up device 11 and a connection board part 14 that connects the image pick-up device 11 and the circuit board part 13.
