Provided is a novel assistance system for reducing the mental and physical burdens by connecting an assistance recipient who receives care or nursing and an assistance provider with each other so as to assist each other. The assistance system at least links the assistance recipient who receives care or nursing and the assistance provider who provides care or nursing to the assistance recipient, and is configured to make the assistance recipient healthy and active and prevent reduction in QOL of not only the assistance recipient but also the assistance provider.
