PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam aerosol composition which contains a large amount of an oil phase to realize improvement in makeup durability and has good stable characteristics when injected from an aerosol to form foam.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a foam aerosol cosmetic composition, preferably in form of a w/o emulsion, comprising: (a) an aqueous phase (b) a fatty phase and (c) a fatty acid ester having a C12-16 chain as an acid moiety and having an HLB value of 7.5 to 10.0.
