После иссечения эпителиальной копчиковой кисты раневой дефект закрывают, накладывая непрерывный шов. Непрерывный шов накладывают, начиная с угла раны, одной нитью из монофиламентного шовного материала с длительным сроком рассасывания, при этом первый вкол производят со стороны кожи, далее следующим вколом подхватывают крестцовую фасцию на дне раны, третий вкол выполняют изнутри кнаружи через кожу, такие же вколы и выколы повторяют по кругу всей раны, концы нити связывают вместе, подтягивая кожу ко дну раны, нить впоследствии не удаляют. Способ позволяет уменьшить риск несостоятельности швов, улучшить косметический эффект. 2 ил.
