The invention provides for a method of preparing an isolated serum fraction of platelet rich fibrin (PRF), comprising the steps of a. providing platelet rich plasma (PRP) without the addition of an anticoagulant； b. clotting the PRP to obtain a coagel of PRF； and c. separating the coagel to isolate the serum fraction which comprises an activated platelet releasate； and further provides for the isolated serum fraction obtained by such method, and its medical use.La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une fraction de sérum isolée de fibrine riche en plaquettes (PRF), comprenant les étapes de a. la fourniture de plasma riche en plaquettes (PRP) sans l'ajout d'un anticoagulant ； b. la coagulation du PRP pour obtenir un coagel de PRF ； et c. la séparation du coagel pour isoler la fraction de sérum qui comprend un produit de libération de plaquettes activées ； et concerne en outre la fraction de sérum isolée obtenue par un tel procédé, et son utilisation médicale.
