The invention relates to a composition of catalpa extracts with functions of anti-mosquito and sun protection. It comprises 5-20wt% oil phase and 80-95wt% aqueous phase. The oil phase includes emulsifiers, UVB isolated agents and antioxidants, and the aqueous includes UVB/UVA isolated agents, UVA isolated agents, preservatives, catalpa extracts and solvents. Accordingly, it provides effective mosquito repellent effect by means of the nature catalpa extracts. It not only meets the trend of environmental protection, but also won’t cause injuries or discomfort to users’ bodies. Thus it solves the problem that the traditional Mosquito repellents with DEET ingredients are absorbed by human bodies to affect health.
