Implant seat is determined and main drilling point is marked. Tap hole is formed with main drill, wherein limiter on drill prevents sinus bottom perforation. Thread is cut with tap of appropriate size, also equipped with limiter. Then intraosseous implant element is screwed up to stop. Internal element is screwed up to stop along internal thread of intraosseous element. Thereafter, intraosseous element is screwed up to emerging of feeling of perforation of maxillary sinus bone bottom. Then internal element is screwed lifting sinus cavity bottom mucosa. Wherein depth of lifting is determined by risks in oral part of internal element.
