A dynamic three-dimensional typodont with the affected region is formed. It is followed by distant micro-point boring of the affected region by using the point touching dental drill. The manipulator and the dynamic three-dimensional typodont are used to mill the affected region which is also exposed to laser and optical light. A portable unit with a remote controlled small-size tooth boring device comprises a control system and a dental drill. The dental drill is mounted in the small-size tooth boring device and coupled with an external manipulator by the control system. The small-size tooth boring device has a video camera. The video camera is arranged in close proximity to the dental drill and coupled with the monitor. The small-size tooth boring device comprises a kit of trays of various sizes and shapes.
