A method for the prevention or elimination of biofilm microorganisms on at least one surface of a medical device, the method comprising the steps of: (a) providing a biofilm-active composition having at least one biofilm-active agent； and (b) delivering the biofilm-active composition to the medical device in an amount sufficient to prevent or eliminate the biofilm microorganisms on at least one surface of the medical device.L'invention concerne un procédé de prévention ou d'élimination de micro-organismes de biofilm sur au moins une surface d'un dispositif médical, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant : (a) à fournir une composition active de biofilm ayant au moins un agent actif de biofilm ； et (b) à distribuer la composition active de biofilm au dispositif médical en une quantité suffisante pour empêcher ou à éliminer les micro-organismes de biofilm sur au moins une surface du dispositif médical.
