PURPOSE: Fermented soybean paste containing bean curd, and a producing method thereof are provided to remove the unique smell and taste of traditional Fermented soybean paste.CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented soybean paste containing bean curd comprises the following steps: crushing, compressing, and dehydrating a mixture of the fermented soybean paste and the bean curd to obtain a fermented soybean paste-bean curd mixture and fermenting the fermented soybean paste-bean curd mixture for 3-12 months in outdoor.
