In this application, an interleukin-15 (IL-15) protein complex is provided. The IL-15 protein complex consists of soluble fusion proteins (I) and (II), the soluble fusion protein (I) is an IL-15 polypeptide or a functional fragment thereof, and the soluble fusion protein (II) is IL-15Rα polypeptide or a functional fragment thereof. There is one or more amino acid sites on the fusion protein (I) or (II) mutated to Cys, paired with the corresponding Cys mutated from the amino acid site on the fusion protein (II) or (I), and disulfide bond Form. The IL-15 protein complex can be used for tumor therapy.
