The present invention discloses an anti-bacteria touch panel and manufacturing method for the same. A bonding layer is made up of a silane coupling agent, and the silane coupling agent forms a bonding layer by way of a chemical bonding between a glass substrate of the touch panel and the anti-bacterial layer which is made of nano-antibacterial materials.
