The methods include: administering to a subject in need thereof (a) a therapeutically effective amount of a platinum agent； and (b) a therapeutically effective amount of a monoclonal antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof.L'invention concerne des méthodes, des compositions pharmaceutiques et des kits pour traiter une maladie, par exemple le cancer, chez un sujet.
