The invention relates to a method for preparing mechanically structured mother-of-pearl by mechanosynthesis of micrometric mother-of-pearl powder, characterised in that the temperature of the mother-of-pearl is maintained lower than 40°C. The invention also relates to the mechanically structured mother-of-pearl and to the applications thereof, especially to implants and replacement osseous parts on which the mechanically structured mother-of-pearl is deposited.La presente invención se refiere a un método para la preparación de nácar mecano-estructurado por mecanosintesis de polvo de nácar micrométrico, caracterizado porque la temperatura del nácar se mantiene abajo de 40°C； se refiere también a dicho nácar mecano-estructurado y a usos del mismo, en particular en implantes y piezas sustitutas de hueso sobre los cuales se deposita el nácar mecano-estructurado.
