PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for appropriately producing an absorber provided with absorbent open cell foam in a desired shape.
SOLUTION: The absorber provided with the absorbent open cell foam is produced by the method. A raw materials for the open cell foam is supplied into a mold 2 of a rotor 3 with the mold 2 arranged on its periphery. While the rotor 3 is rotated, the raw material is expanded in the mold 2 to mold the open cell foam 13. A first sheet 11 is supplied to close the mold 2 supplied with the raw material. Preferably, part of the molding surface of the open cell foam 13 is formed by the first sheet 11.
