Disclosed is a tooth preparation robot. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a tooth preparation robot which comprises: a fixing part for fixing a patient′s mouth opened； an image generation part for photographing the mouth of a patient fixed in the open state by the fixing part to generate a three-dimensional oral image； a platform to which the fixing part is coupled； a tooth-cutting handpiece mounted on the platform； a transfer part coupled to the platform, and altering a position and a posture of the handpiece； an input part inputting a tooth cutting plan based on the three-dimensional oral image； and a control part controlling the transfer part to conduct the tooth cutting operation as the handpiece moves based on the tooth cutting plan.치아 프렙 로봇이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 환자의 구강을 열린 상태로 고정하는 고정부； 상기 고정부에 의해 열린 상태로 고정된 환자의 구강을 촬영하여 3차원 구강 이미지를 생성하는 이미지생성부； 상기 고정부가 결합되는 플랫폼； 상기 플랫폼에 탑재되는 치아 절삭용 핸드피스； 상기 플랫폼에 결합되고, 상기 핸드피스의 위치 및 자세를 변경시키는 이송부； 상기 3차원 구강 이미지를 기초로 치아 절삭 계획을 입력하는 입력부； 및 상기 치아 절삭 계획에 따라 상기 핸드피스가 이동하여 치아 절삭 작업을 수행하도록 상기 이송부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치아 프렙 로봇이 제공될 수 있다.
