A prosthetic hand includes a main frame, a holding unit and a drive unit. The main frame has an end face and an outer lateral face. The holding unit includes a first holding finger, and a second holding finger. The first holding finger has a first proximal end portion and a first distal end portion opposite to the first proximal end portion. The drive unit includes a drive mechanism and a first transmission mechanism. The first transmission mechanism is connected to the drive mechanism and the first proximal end portion. The drive mechanism drives the first transmission mechanism to rotate the first holding finger around a first axis between a first closed position and a first open position, and to rotate the first holding finger around a second axis between the first open position and an eversion position.
