The present invention relates to a personal identifier generation system for a healthcare for providing a smart healthcare service for a resident in a housing complex and a method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a smart health identification information generation system which supports a smart health service by combining individual identification information and identification information of a smart health device with service identification information, and a method thereof. According to the present invention, a new integrated type exclusive identifier is generated whenever a service item and a new device between a user and the device and the user and the service item are registered, thereby minimizing exposure of the personal identification information and safely using the smart health service by the user. The personal identifier generation system for a healthcare for providing a smart healthcare service for a resident in a housing complex comprises: an identification information registration part； an identification information matching part； an integrated identifier generation part； and a duplicate determination part.본 발명은 단지 내 입주민 대상 스마트 헬스케어 서비스 제공을 위한 헬스케어 전용 개인 식별자 생성시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 개인 식별정보와 스마트헬스 기기의 식별정보를 서비스 식별정보와 조합하여 스마트헬스 서비스를 지원하는 스마트헬스 식별정보 생성시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다.상술한 바에 의하면, 사용자와 기기 간, 사용자와 서비스 항목간의 신규기기 및 서비스 항목이 등록될 때마다 새로운 통합형 전용 식별자를 생성함으로서, 개인식별 정보의 노출을 최소화하여 사용자가 스마트헬스 서비스를 안전하게 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
