PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device for measuring an amount of activity of a living body.SOLUTION: A measurement device comprises: a first power storage unit for storing an electric charge generated by biological motion； a first sensor unit which operates with power accumulated in the first power storage unit, and acquires information according to an environment； a first control unit for, when an amount of power storage in the first power storage unit exceeds a first threshold, causes the first power storage unit to supply power to the first sensor unit and for causing the first sensor unit to acquire information； and a sending unit for sending the information acquired by the first sensor unit. A measurement system comprising the measurement device, and a reception unit for receiving the information sent by the sending unit is also provided.
