PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide forceps that do not have a complicated structure and are able to be made with a finer diameter to a degree so as to be able to be applied in an endoscope.SOLUTION: The endoscope forceps comprising a mobile blade electrode 1 and an affixed blade electrode 2 forming a pair of electrodes, is characterized by being configured in a manner so that: the affixed blade electrode, which is affixed to a covered conduit 3, is disposed in a manner so as to be able to electrically contact the external conductor 4 of a coaxial cable within the covered conduit the point of application of force 6 of the mobile blade electrode is connected to the central conductor 5 of the coaxial cable the fulcrum 7 of the mobile blade electrode is provided to the mobile blade electrode and connected rotatably to the covered conduit or an electrical insulator 8 affixed to the affixed blade electrode by means of the coaxial cable being caused to slide with respect to the covered conduit, the parallel motion applied to the coaxial cable is transmitted as rotary force centered on the fulcrum to the mobile blade electrode via the point of application of force of the mobile blade electrode, opening and closing the mobile blade electrode and the affixed blade electrode and a high frequency can be applied between the mobile blade electrode and the affixed blade electrode via the central conductor and the external conductor of the coaxial cable.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】複雑な構造ではなく、内視鏡に適用できる程に細径化できる鉗子の提供。【解決手段】可動刃電極1と固定刃電極2とが一対の電極を形成してなる内視鏡鉗子であって、被覆導管3に固定された固定刃電極が被覆導管内の同軸ケーブルの外部電導体4と電気接触できるように配置され、可動刃電極の力点6が同軸ケーブルの中心電導体5と連結され、可動刃電極の支点7が、可動刃電極に設けられ、これが固定刃電極に固定された電気絶縁体8若しくは被覆導管と回転可能に接続され、同軸ケーブルを被覆導管に対してスライドさせることにより、同軸ケーブルに加えられた平行動を、可動刃電極の力点を介して、可動刃電極に支点を中心とする回転動として伝え、可動刃電極と固定刃電極とを開閉させると共に、同軸ケーブルの外部電導体及び中心電導体を介して、可動刃電極と固定刃電極との間に高周波を印加できるように構成した。【選択図】図1
