Provided is a technique for forming an α gel having, as structural components: (A) a glycyrrhetinic acid derivative； (B) one or more selected from C14-18 aliphatic alcohols and fatty acids； (C) one or more selected from anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants, non-ionic surfactants, and amphoteric surfactants； (D) dipropylene glycol； and (E) water, thereby enabling a glycyrrhetinic acid derivative to be added to a dosage form that has a high water content and promoting the transdermal absorption of a glycyrrhetinic acid derivative.L'invention concerne une technique de formation d'alphagel ayant, en tant que composants structuraux : (A) un dérivé d'acide glycyrrhétinique ； (B) un ou plusieurs éléments choisis parmi les alcools aliphatiques en C14-18 et les acides gras ； (C) un ou plusieurs agents tensioactifs choisis parmi des agents tensioactifs anioniques, des agents tensioactifs cationiques, des agents tensioactifs non ioniques et des agents tensioactifs amphotères ； (D) du dipropylène-glycol ； et (E) de l'eau, permettant ainsi à un dérivé de l'acide glycyrrhétinique d'être ajouté à une forme galénique qui a une teneur élevée en eau et favorisant l'absorption transdermique d'un dérivé de l'acide glycyrrhétinique.（Ａ）グリチルレチン酸誘導体、 （Ｂ）炭素数１４～１８の脂肪族アルコール及び脂肪酸から選ばれる１種以上、 （Ｃ）アニオン性界面活性剤、カチオン性界面活性剤、ノニオン性界面活性剤及び両性界面活性剤から選ばれる１種以上、 （Ｄ）ジプロピレングリコール、及び （Ｅ）水 を構成成分として有するαゲルとすることで、水が高配合される剤型へのグリチルレチン酸誘導体の配合を可能とし、さらにグリチルレチン酸誘導体の経皮吸収を促進させる技術を提供する。
