PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor-attached guide wire which has good operability and is excellent in joint strength between housings located on both sides of a sensor holder holding a pressure sensor and wires joined with each of the housings so as not to cause positional deviation in a radial direction.SOLUTION: A sensor-attached guide wire includes a pressure sensor 50, a sensor holder 30 having cylindrical housings 31, 32, and a first wire 10 and a second wire 20 which are joined with the housings 31, 32 respectively. The tip parts of a first core wire 11 and a first inside coil 12 are inserted into the inside of the housing 31. The housing 31 and the first wire 10 are joined with each other while the top surface of a first outside coil 13 abuts to the base end surface of the housing 31. The base end parts of a second core wire 21 and a second inside coil 22 are inserted into the inside of the housing 32.
