The present disclosure relates to a feed composition for preventing or treating acute hepatopancreatic necrosis disease (AHPND) or white spot syndrome (WSS), comprising a Bacillus subtilis (KCCM11143P) strain, a Bacillus pumilus (KCCM11144P) strain, and a Bacillus licheniformis (KCCM11270P) strain； culture media thereof； concentrates thereof； or dry matters thereof as an active ingredient. The feed composition exhibits antibacterial activity against Vibrio parahaemolyticus, which causes shrimp AHPND, and antiviral activity against white spot syndrome virus (WSSV), which causes WSS.
