PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an automatic traveling lawn mower to be produced while selecting an electric lifting device and a manual lifting device, and furthermore to reduce production cost.SOLUTION: An automatic traveling lawn mower 10 comprises a traveling frame 11 having traveling wheels 17, 18, and further comprises in the traveling frame 11, a motor holding member 13 capable of holding and lifting a cutter blade driving motor 41, a lifting drive member 14 for raising and lowering the motor holding member, and either one of a lifting motor 61 for electrically driving the lifting drive member and a manual drive mechanism 80 for manually driving the lifting drive member. The traveling frame has support parts 75, 28 capable of supporting the lifting drive member, a motor attachment part 76 to which the lifting motor can be attached, and manual drive mechanism attachment parts 95 to 98 to which the manual drive mechanism can be attached.
