L'invention est constituée d'un moyen à double ancrage, de préférence un nœud d'ancrage permanent, ayant un nœud coulant, pour l'introduction dans la partie supérieure de l'utérus avec un dispositif d'introduction, et qui est maintenu en place pendant la phase d'involution de l'utérus par un moyen supplémentaire de fixation temporaire, pour parer au risque de délogement de DIU/SIU de la paroi utérine souple, constitué d'un fil de suture biodégradable, consolidé par le nœud d'ancrage permanent, pour sa fixation temporaire à la séreuse de l'utérus, et lequel nœud d'ancrage peut être facilement retiré de l'utérus à tout moment après son introduction dans la paroi utérine et sa fixation à la séreuse en raison du temps de biodégradation rapide du fil de suture.
