PURPOSE: A hydrocolloid band with a transfer protective film is provided to improve skin adhesive force and wound healing effects and to prevent secondary contamination due to the contact with the hands. CONSTITUTION: A hydrocolloid band with a transfer protective film comprises a band body(10), release paper(20), and a transfer protective film(30). The band body contains hydrocolloid components and comprises a hydrocolloid layer with a bonding surface which contacts the skin and a protective film which is attached to the opposite side of the bonding surface of the hydrocolloid layer and protects the hydrocolloid layer. The release paper is provisionally attached to the bonding surface of the hydrocolloid layer and covers the hydrocolloid layer. The transfer protective film is attached to the back of the protective film and has an extension unit.본 발명은 하이드로 콜로이드를 주성분으로 하는 상처 치료용 밴드를 개선한 하이드로 콜로이드 밴드에 관한 것으로서, 하이드로 콜로이드 성분으로 구성되고 사용시 일면이 피부에 직접 부착되는 접착면을 구비하는 하이드로 콜로이드층(11)과, 상기 하이드로 콜로이드층(11)의 비접착면을 보호하는 보호막(12)으로 이루어진 밴드 본체(10)와； 상기 하이드로 콜로이드층(11)의 접착면에 부착하고 사용시에는 떼내질 수 있고 상기 하이드로 콜로이드층(11)보다 더 외측으로 연장 형성된 연장부(22)를 구비하는 이형지(20)와； 상기 보호막(12)의 배면에 부착되되, 적어도 일부분이 상기 보호막(12)보다 더 외측으로 연장 형성되는 연장부(32)를 구비하는 전사 필름(30)을 포함하고, 상기 보호막(12)과 상기 전사 필름(30)은 실리콘계 접착제로 부착되며, 상기 하이드로 콜로이드층(11)의 접착면에 부착되는 상기 이형지(20)의 면은 실리콘 코팅이 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.따라서, 보호막에 부착된 전사 필름에 의해 밴드 본체가 보호됨은 물론 이형지로부터 밴드 본체를 분리하는 과정에서 하이드로 콜로이드층의 테두리 부분이 훼손되지 않게 되어 양호한 접착력과 상처 치유 효과가 유지되며, 비위생적인 손과의 접촉으로 인해 발생하는 하이드로 콜로이드 층의 2차 오염에 의한 상처의 악화나 약효의 저하가 방지된다.
