The present invention relates to methods and compositions for use in inducing tumor-specific antibody mediated complement-dependent cytotoxic response in an animal having a tumor comprising administering to said animal a composition comprising a replication competent oncolytic virus wherein administration of the composition induces in the animal production of antibodies that mediate a CDC response specific to said tumor.La présente invention concerne des procédés et des compositions devant être utilisés dans l'induction d'une réponse cytotoxique dépendante du complément à médiation par un anticorps spécifique d'une tumeur chez un animal présentant une tumeur, comportant l'administration audit animal d'une composition comportant un virus oncolytique capable de réplication, l'administration de la composition induisant la production, chez l'animal, d'anticorps qui déclenchent une réponse CDC spécifique de ladite tumeur.
