Invention herewith described refers to the magnetic electrode for selective transcutaneous electrical stimulation of sensory or motor structures that is placed between one or more output channels of the stimulator and the skin. This invention has an application in the rehabilitation process of patients after the skeletal-muscle injuries, injuries of the central nervous system, treatment of pain (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation - TENS) and strengthening the muscles in healthy individuals (e.g. athletes). The medium is composed of the upper layer (1) made of a flexible material having the characteristics of the insulator within which there are optionally cut out the fields (2) with inserted a biocompatible conductive material, and the lower layer of adhesive hydrogel (3) whose depth of the conductivity is much higher than the radial conductivity. At least one of the two materials in the top layer has the magnetic characteristics that provide a reliable contact with an electric actuator (4) that comprises a permanent magnet and which is moved along the upper surface of the medium achieving an electrical contact with one or more of the conductive fields.Magnetna elektroda za selektivnu transkutanu električnu stimulaciju senzornih ili motornih struktura koji se postavlja između jednog ili više izlaznih kanala stimulatora i kože.
