PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibration sensor with which it is possible to improve sensing sensitivity by devising the junction structure of a substrate with a vibration ring.SOLUTION: A vibration ring 40 is fastened to a substrate 20 by soldering at two limited spots rather than on the entire circumference of the vibration ring 40. With a method by which the entire circumference of the vibration ring 40 is soldered, the movement of the vibration ring 40 is obstructed because of being excessively fastened, but by being provided with a fastened area where the substrate 20 and the vibration ring 40 are firmly fastened and a non-fastened area where they are not fastened, the substrate 20 is significantly bent by vibration propagated to the vibration ring 40, and because of this vibration being further propagated to a piezoelectric element 30, high sensing sensitivity is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】 基板と振動リングとの接合構造を工夫することにより、センシング感度の向上を図ることができる圧電振動センサを提供する。【解決手段】 振動リング４０の全周ではなく、２か所に制限して基板２０に振動リング４０をハンダ付けにより固着する。振動リング４０の全周をハンダ付けする方法では、固く固着され過ぎていることから、振動リング４０の動きが阻害されるようになるが、基板２０と振動リング４０とが強固に固着されている固着領域と、固着されていない非固着領域とを備えることにより、振動リング４０に伝わった振動で大きく基板２０が撓むようになり、この振動が更に圧電素子３０に伝わることで、高いセンシング感度が得られる。【選択図】図１
