<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater animal and plant-proliferating body capable of protecting and growing the underwater animals and plants in an extremely good efficiency in spite of being easily produced at a low cost, and also improving and holding surrounding water quality and bottom quality simultaneously, and a marine ranch by utilizing the same. <；P>；SOLUTION: This underwater animal and plant-proliferating body is provided by throwing a regional metamorphic rock containing mainly SiO<；SB>；2<；/SB>；: 63.9-78.3% (wt.% same in below), Al<；SB>；2<；/SB>；O<；SB>；3<；/SB>；: 11.6-14.2%, Fe<；SB>；2<；/SB>；O<；SB>；3<；/SB>；: 3.60-4.40%, MgO: 1.52-1.86%, CaO: 1.73-2.13%, K<；SB>；2<；/SB>；O: 2.70-3.32%, P<；SB>；2<；/SB>；O<；SB>；5<；/SB>；: 0.054-0.068% and also the rest of other fine amount elements, into water so as to make it a growing place of the underwater animals and plants.
