An object of the present invention is to establish a model animal that enables analysis in an individual of human psoriasis. The present invention is a human psoriasis model mouse having a mutant CARD14 gene containing a mutation site in the coiled-coil domain of the CARD14 gene. The mutation site is preferably located in a region encoding the C-terminal side of the coiled-coil domain of the CARD14 gene.
